MTEL Elementary School Mathematics Test

The MTEL Elementary School Mathematics test evaluates test-takers competency in four subareas. The test itself is organized into a multiple-choice section, and an open-response section.

The multiple-choice section of the MTEL Elementary School Mathematics Test carries an overall weight of 80% of the final score. Of this, 30% is assigned to multiple-choice questions concerned with Number Sense, Data Analysis and Operations.
